Uniform
WE BELIEVE
Uniforms help to define the ethos of an academy and the standards expected.
They help give pupils pride in their school and make them ambassadors for their school in the community.
As an academy we have designed our uniform to ensure that it is inclusive as possible, whilst being mindful to ensure that it is cost effective for parents/carers.
Uniform
Checked pinafore or skirt (knee length)
Grey trousers.
White polo shirt (embroidered with Allscott meads Primary logo).
Purple crew neck sweatshirt or purple cardigan (embroidered with Allscott Meads Primary logo).
Plain black, white or grey socks
Plain grey or black tights
Black flat sensible shoes (no trainers or boots).
A plain black headscarf may be worn for religious reasons.
Summer Options
Purple and white checked summer dress. (Knee length)
Purple and white checked playsuit. (Knee length)
Light grey lightweight trousers may be worn
under a summer dress for religious reasons these cannot be leggings.

Purple T-Shirt (embroidered with Allscott Meads Primary School logo)
Black shorts
Trainers
Black jogging bottoms during the winter months or for religious reasons.
PE kit should be brought to school every Monday and taken home for laundering on Friday.
Long hair should be tied back for all pupils
Children should not wear any jewellery to school except for a watch and a small pair of stud earrings. On PE days no jewellery at all should be worn.
